Meadowbrook / Garden Terrace

The Meadowbrook Room and adjacent Garden Terrace offer a spacious and versatile banquet room for weddings up to 150 guests. Meadowbrook's permanent dance floor centers the room, while your guest tables of 10 surround the head table.

The Garden Terrace offers an overflow reception area and a private built-in bar. The Garden Terrace is also perfect for a cocktail reception, a receiving line and for your guests who would prefer to mingle apart from the dancing area.

The Country Springs Hotel does not charge a rental fee for banquet space. However, we have established minimum requirements in food and beverage revenues, as listed below. Maximum capacities are with round tables seating 10 (except where noted).

Staging, dance areas and audio/visual equipment may reduce the capacity of each room. At maximum capacity, the band will not be able to set up until after dinner and some of the tables will need to be removed to clear the dance floor area.

*Minimum Requirement: Total food and beverage (cash or host bar) purchased, including sales tax and gratuity, must reach a minimum of $4,500. Deposit is $1,000.
